スウェーデンの場合、法律で公務員や会社員は「メディアに対して秘密を漏らす」ことが認められており、これについては守秘義務が適用されないそうだ。ただし、メディアに対してはよくても守秘義務を家族などに漏らすことはダメなのだとか。へー！これもすごいな。
